Return Policy

Hello Girl!! we will gladly accept Returnd or excnages following this policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that arrived to you more than 7 days as marked delivered by Currier.

We'll do our best to make sure you are happy and get the heavenly experience you deserve. Please understand that each return or exchange is dealt with on an individual basis and in rare situations restocking fees and charges might apply.

We do not accept:

Returns/exchanges on ANY clearance items

  • Items that have been worn
  • Items without tags still attached.
  • Returns/exchanges on any items that were ordered over 15 days ago.
  • Returns/exchanges on ANY white items.
  • Return / exchanges on any orders shipped outside of the United States  

> If an item is sent back as a return / exchange and does not have a tag, was worn, or the order was placed over 15 days ago we will not issue a store credit or exchange and we will not send the item back.

> We do issue refunds Only if you let us know within 7 days that you received  the item that you would like to return for a refund.

> We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items and will not refund or reship any orders lost or stolen item. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier indicated on your shipping confirmation and file a claim.
